Windows 7 will go on sale Oct 22nd 2009, that's what I read. And it says that there will be upgrades budled with any PC sold with Windows Vista up to 2 months before the release date.

Here's from the article;

"PC makers and resellers will offer free upgrades to Windows 7 for people who buy a new computer running the Home Premium, Business or Ultimate version of Windows Vista shortly before Windows 7 arrives. However, Microsoft did not say whether the upgrade program will begin in time for back-to-school shopping, another crucial period for the PC industry."

So, if you wanna try the software .... beta or pre-release whatever, go to Windows 7 Release Candidate.

Just read through lah ah ... I haven't tried it yet but I heard Windows 7 is much better than Windows Vista. Yepz, if have tried it, please do tell about it. Peace!!!
